Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, or storm damage from start to finish. Manage job site activities, schedules, and crew performance while serving as the primary contact for customers and insurance adjusters. Create estimates using Xactimate and ensure all work complies with IICRC standards and company processes. Participate in a monthly one-week on-call rotation. Requires prior restoration project management experience, valid driver's license, and proficiency with Xactimate and DocuSketch. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Prior restoration project management experience
- Ability to Project Manage high end/ high profile large losses
- Strong experience with creating estimates via Xactimate
- Experience with DocuSketch
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- IICRC certifications (Water, Fire, or Applied Structural Drying)
- PMP certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
