Job Summary
Catastrophe Response Project Manager leading disaster-response restoration and large-loss projects across the U.S. from mobilization through recovery. Front-line leadership with on-call 24/7/365 availability, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment under tight timelines, performing on-site walk-throughs with clients, adjusters, and consultants, and developing scopes of work and detailed cost estimates within 48 hours of project initiation. Requires travel nationwide, readiness of CAT trailers/equipment for rapid mobilization, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while representing Mooring with professionalism. Must have a degree in Business/Construction Management (or equivalent), extensive mitigation/restoration/construction experience, proficiency with estimating and administrative software, a valid driver’s license, OSHA 30, and the ability to travel with minimal notice. Preferred certifications include IICRC (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.) and deeper knowledge of Mooring services, catastrophe response experience, and large-loss project management.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience
- Extensive experience in mitigation, restoration, and construction practices
- Proficiency with estimating, administrative, and accounting software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally with minimal notice
