Job Summary
Catastrophe Response Project Manager lead front-line restoration projects nationwide, coordinating large-scale mitigation/restoration efforts from mobilization through recovery. Responsible for rapid deployment to disaster sites, overseeing scopes of work, cost estimates, safety compliance, and labor/material coordination under tight timelines. Requires on-call availability 24/7/365, readiness of CAT trailers/equipment, travel across the United States, on-site client/adjuster/consultant walk-throughs, and effective leadership to drive project success. Preferred IICRC certifications and prior catastrophe-response/large-loss project experience; OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver’s license are required. Tremendous emphasis on proactive planning, regulatory compliance, and professional representation of Mooring throughout all project phases.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience
- Extensive experience in mitigation, restoration, and construction practices
- Proficiency with estimating, administrative, and accounting software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally with minimal notice
