Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead water, fire, mold, and storm restoration projects in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and demonstrate a proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of field supervision experience in insurance restoration and/or residential & commercial remodeling/reconstruction
- Proven track record running projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Xactimate estimating software (preferred but not required)
- IICRC certifications (WTR, FRST, ASD, or others) a strong plus, but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
