Restoration Production Manager

Job Summary
Manage customer experience and satisfaction by providing priority responses, developing project scopes, and negotiating client approvals. Schedule crews and resources for active projects while coordinating restoration services with on-site crews and subcontractors. Document job files, manage production expenses, and oversee equipment and materials assets. Train production and restoration personnel, enforce safe work practices, and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders. This full-time role requires 45 hours per week Monday through Friday, with frequent evening and weekend availability for long hours, local travel, and occasional jobsite activities involving lifting and field management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations
- Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Management skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to drive
- Ability to sit
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to utilize scaffolding or lifts
- Ability to push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work around chemicals
- Ability to work overhead
- Ability to wear a respirator

Desired Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree
- Industry certifications - IICRC - WRT, ASD, FSRT
- Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
