Job Summary
Lead and oversee asphalt and concrete restoration operations for OSP telecom construction projects, including developing production schedules, supervising field crews and subcontractors, preparing/resting restoration estimates, managing costs and revenue performance, and ensuring safety and quality to municipal, county, and client standards. Build processes and standards for restoration operations, coordinate with project managers and clients, track production metrics, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. Strong field leadership, estimating experience, budgeting, and the ability to travel to job sites are required.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in asphalt, concrete, or civil restoration work
- 5+ years of experience supervising construction crews and managing field operations
- Strong understanding of asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, and restoration practices
- Experience preparing or supporting restoration construction estimates
- Experience managing project costs, budgets, and production targets
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
- Experience coordinating with project managers, field supervisors, and clients; knowledge of safety standards (OSHA) and company safety policies
