Restoration Manager

Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, ensuring accurate scope of work and estimates using proprietary software. Negotiate client approval of project details, schedule and coordinate resources including subcontractors, and review job site documentation to support services and billing. Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives while managing production expenses for equipment and materials. Manage customer experience and satisfaction, provide priority responses to potential customers, and participate in recruiting, hiring, and training teammates. Requires a valid driver's license, at least seven years of industry experience, and IICRC certifications including WRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT, TCST, and OSHA 30.
