Restoration Manager

Job Summary
Oversee restoration projects including staffing, scheduling, and cost control to meet quality and profitability targets. Lead training and development of restoration staff; coordinate with Project Coordinator on scheduling technicians, laborers, and subcontractors; oversee job estimates, production reporting, and customer communications. Maintain production capacity, leverage technology to improve processes, ensure vehicle and equipment readiness, and manage relationships with homeowners, agents, and adjusters. Ensure timely in-home inspections, review job costing, and participate in hiring, training, and performance management of the team. Proficient use of Xactimate or similar estimating software is a plus; IICRC/OSHA certifications are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Four (4) to five (5) years of experience in the cleaning/restoration industry or an Associate (2-year) degree in a business-related field.
- Team leader or supervisory responsibility experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced technical skills, experience, and certification in the areas of services the company provides.
- Experience with Xactimate or another service estimating software is a plus.
