Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews to achieve operational excellence. Ensure accurate project scopes and estimates using proprietary software, then negotiate client approval on scope and billing. Schedule, coordinate, and supervise crews and subcontractors to deliver active services while managing production expenses for equipment and materials. Review job site documentation to verify service delivery and maintain written communication with customers, vendors, and insurance representatives. Manage the customer experience and satisfaction through priority responses and online review tracking. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates. Requires a valid driver's license, at least seven years of industry experience, and IICRC certifications including WRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT, TCST, and OSHA 30. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 3 year of management and/or supervisory experience
- At least 7 years of industry experience
- IICRC certification: WRT
- IICRC certification: ASD
- IICRC certification: FSRT
- IICRC certification: OCT
- IICRC certification: TCST
- IICRC certification: OSHA 30
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
