Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, ensuring accurate scope of work and preparing estimates using proprietary software. Negotiate customer approval of project scopes and coordinate subcontractors to deliver service on active jobs. Review site documentation to support services and maintain written communication with clients, vendors, and insurance representatives. Manage production expenses for equipment, vehicles, and materials while tracking customer satisfaction through online reviews. Provide priority responses to potential customers and lead recruiting, hiring, and training for restoration teammates. Requires a valid driver's license, at least three years of management experience, and IICRC certifications including WRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT, TCST, and OSHA 30.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 3 year of management and/or supervisory experience
- At least 7 years of industry experience
- IICRC certification: WRT
- IICRC certification: ASD
- IICRC certification: FSRT
- IICRC certification: OCT
- IICRC certification: TCST
- IICRC certification: OSHA 30
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
