Job Summary
Perform production and restoration processes per work order and chief crew instructions, including residential and commercial inspections. Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies, then maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment. Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, leaving each job site with a clean and orderly appearance. Communicate openly with the crew chief and other technicians while executing drying, demolition, and other restoration activities. Requires IICRC certification, experience in cleaning and restoration, and a valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
Required Qualifications
- IICRC certification
- Experience in cleaning/restoration
- Experience serving commercial properties
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
