Job Summary
Lead restoration labour crews managing water damage from clean water breaks, sewer backups, and fire/smoke incidents across residential and commercial properties. Oversee hazardous material removal, pack out belongings, and execute final post-construction cleaning. Direct teams performing hard physical labour while utilizing industry software for job site documentation. Maintain a clean driving record and provide references upon request. Full-time Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30 with an on-call rotation every four weeks. Requires over three years of restoration labour experience and one year as a crew lead. Includes attractive attendance bonuses, on-call premiums, and yearly boot allowances.
Required Qualifications
- DIRECT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must have over 3 years experience as restoration labour and proven skills
- Must have at least 1 year experience as restoration labour crew lead
- Must have experience using industry software for job site documentation
- Must have references
- Driver's licence required with clean record
- Must be available full-time Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30
- On-call rotation once every 4 weeks
- Able to work hard physical labour when required
- Criminal Record Check will be required
