Deliver culturally responsive and intensive case management to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families leading up-to, during, and after the Restoration House stay, to support family reunification and prevent children from entering out-of-home-care. The role coordinates a 12-week program with a 3-week residential stay followed by up to 9 weeks of continued supports, works from Morwell, Victoria, and requires checks including criminal history, AOD, and Working with Children.
