Job Summary
Verify client invoices against projects, monitor employee attendance and material coordination sheets, and update daily crew schedules for operating company Supervisors. Process job packets, coordinate permit technicians, and schedule locates, locate meets, and municipal inspector meetings. Maintain organized document storage, log phone calls and discussions, and give estimated times for materials and equipment. Send crews on assignments, coordinate third-party vendor rentals, and schedule tool inspections. Identify hazardous materials using Job Safety Analysis and discipline employees. Utilize a proactive approach to resolve potential issues while ensuring compliance with governmental agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3+) plus years' experience in a construction role
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a variety of outside conditions for long periods of time
- Possession of valid State of Residence CDL-A
- Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks
- Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior crew coordination experience
- Experience working with underground utilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis
