Restoration Foreman

Lead and model safe work practices; manage daily crew operations, schedules, and productivity; keep projects on track, on budget, and up to quality standards; assign tasks, support your team, and oversee performance; troubleshoot issues to keep work moving; complete accurate daily/weekly reports; ensure compliance with all regulations. Bring 3+ years in construction/oil & gas, 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to build solid working relationships, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to pass drug, background, and MVR checks. Outdoor work in all weather with lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, kneeling, standing, walking, crouching, and manual dexterity.
