Job Summary
Verify client invoices against projects, monitor employee attendance and material coordination sheets, and update daily crew schedules for operating company Supervisors. Process job packets, coordinate permit technicians and material releases, and schedule locates, meet, and municipal inspector appointments. Maintain organized document storage, log phone calls and discussions, and coordinate third-party vendor rentals and tool inspections. Identify hazardous materials using Job Safety Analysis, discipline employees, and send crews on assignments while anticipating operational issues.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3+) plus years' experience in a construction role
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a variety of outside conditions for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possession of valid State of Residence CDL-A
Desired Qualifications
- Prior crew coordination experience
- Experience working with underground utilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis
