Job Summary
The Restoration Field Technician provides 24/7 emergency services for water damage recovery, mold remediation, fire restoration, and indoor air quality in homes and buildings. Responsibilities include light demolition, operating pumps for water extraction, detailed cleaning tasks, setting or adjusting drying equipment, and ensuring safe operation of tools. The position also requires good communication and customer service skills. No prior experience is needed, but applicants should demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate PC and mobile devices
- Exhibit a professional, neat appearance
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Working knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices
