Job Summary
The AdvantaClean Field Technician role involves mold remediation, water mitigation, air duct cleaning, and HVAC coil cleaning. Field Technicians work collaboratively in a team under supervision, performing tasks such as demolition, project cleanup, extracting water, fine cleaning, and maintaining HVAC systems. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, customer service ability, and must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Experience is preferred, but training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- No experience is required. Training is provided.
- Experience in home services or construction fields is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices is a strong plus
- Must be a self-starter
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Working knowledge of basic PC operations
- Exhibit a professional, neat appearance
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test
