Job Summary
Write water, fire, contents, and repair estimates using Xactimate, managing assignments, revisions, and documentation in Claims Connect. Prepare preliminary estimates, final estimates, supplements, and change orders by reviewing photos, measurements, drying logs, scopes, and field documentation. Respond to adjuster and TPA revision requests while working with project managers, coordinators, adjusters, and reviewers to meet estimate deadlines. Track pending estimates, approvals, revisions, and supplements to maintain accuracy. This role requires strong Xactimate and Claims Connect experience, with a focus on estimating water mitigation, fire, contents, and reconstruction projects for Royal Restoration.
Required Qualifications
- Restoration estimating experience
- Strong Xactimate experience
- Claims Connect experience
- Ability to estimate water mitigation, fire, contents, and reconstruction projects
- Knowledge of insurance restoration estimating
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Contractor Connection, Alacrity, or Sedgwick
- Experience with XactAnalysis, MICA, Matterport, DocuSketch, or Dash
- Large-loss or commercial estimating experience
