Job Summary
Coordinate and perform production processes on-site while ensuring quality control and managing labor and consumable usage. Supervise restoration technicians, communicate clear expectations, and document detailed job files to support services. Manage customer satisfaction through online reviews and maintain clear communication with project managers and office staff. Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety and coach technicians on proper equipment and material handling. Lift up to 100 pounds and work in tight spaces, crawl spaces, and attics.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- IICRC certification a plus, not required
