Restoration Claims Coordinator

Manage assigned restoration claim files, moving them efficiently from production through insurance review, billing, and payment within the required day 10 timeframe. Review claims for completeness, prepare and revise Xactimate estimates, and submit information through XactAnalysis and Mitigate. Monitor deadlines to ensure tasks are completed and files remain active, then communicate professionally with insurance adjusters to resolve scope, pricing, and documentation issues. Organize and label photos, upload documentation to applicable systems, and perform final quality reviews before closing files.
