Job Summary
Utilize your existing client list and network in South Florida to develop and expand our customer base through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking with schools, hospitals, property management companies, and other potential clients. Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business development opportunities, then develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. Present and promote our services to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of partnering with Advanced Restoration, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction. Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the restoration industry, a strong client list in South Florida, and a valid driver's license, offering uncapped earning potential with health, vision, and dental benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a strong client list in the South Florida area
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development role
- Demonstrated hustle factor, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- In-depth understanding of the sales cycle and processes within the restoration industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
