Restoration Branch Manager

Manage residential water and mold restoration projects from initial inspection through completion, conducting onsite assessments, developing scopes, and using Xactimate for estimating. Coordinate with crew chiefs to ensure jobs progress on schedule, maintain accurate documentation including photos and moisture readings, and communicate directly with homeowners throughout the process. Build relationships with insurance adjusters, agents, and referral partners to generate new opportunities while monitoring job costs, profitability, and collections. Hire, train, and develop staff as the department grows, establishing effective processes for scheduling, production, safety, and quality. Track key performance measures and work with leadership to implement and expand the restoration department within the Charlotte operation.
