Job Summary
Lead temporary labor teams on restoration and construction projects across New Mexico, overseeing daily site tasks, enforcing safety standards (OSHA/EPA), managing labor, materials, and equipment usage, and delivering quality results. Collaborate with project managers, conduct quality control checks, document progress, and mobilize immediately to loss sites. The role requires independent work and effective teamwork in high-pressure environments. Key skills include leadership, communication, time management, adherence to safety policies, and experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction; willingness to obtain relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 10, WTR, ASD, FSRT, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with manual and power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and during weekends, nights, or holidays
- Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
- Comfortable following detailed oral and written instructions
