Restaurants General Manager

Job Summary
Lead and oversee all restaurant operations at Four Seasons Istanbul at the Bosphorus, directing and developing high-performing teams to deliver a refined dining experience across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage on menus, promotions, and guest experience enhancements; manage reservations, seating, service flow, and staff scheduling; control labor costs and payroll, monitor inventories and POS reports; ensure consistent service standards and effective guest- and employee-incident reporting. Requires university degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in managerial roles within fine dining, strong F&B knowledge including wines/spirits, budgeting and cost control, leadership and English fluency; proficiency with MS Office and POS systems; local work permit in Turkey.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in fine dining restaurant operations
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including budgets and cost control
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and POS systems
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
