Restaurantfachmann/-frau oder Hotelmannfachmann/-frau (m/w/d)

Coordinate project timelines and serve as the primary contact for students, schools, teachers, and interested parties. Travel across Mecklenburg-Vorpommern to visit schools and trade fairs, promoting hospitality training programs with targeted messaging. Support project organization including data analysis and billing, while contributing ideas to optimize workflows. Assist with social media appearances and manage daily operations from Monday through Friday, 6:00–14:00 hours. This role is part of the "GastroBurner" campaign, a youth-focused initiative to engage students in the hospitality sector.
