Job Summary
Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in one restaurant zone during a shift by enforcing policies, managing the assigned zone, and directing crewmembers. Provide exemplary customer service, support the reward and recognition program, and authorize employee functions requiring manager approval. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and facility working order while using required tools, forms, and logs to document results and take corrective action. Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment requiring extended physical exertion and interact with customers inside and outside the restaurant. Complete all required company training programs and be prepared to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Able to recognize problems, set goals, execute and convert plans into action to solve problems
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
