Job Summary
The Restaurant Zone Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone, upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture, manages a crew during shifts, ensures customer service quality, enforces policies, and drives operations and safety compliance in a fast-paced kitchen environment with mixed indoor/outdoor settings; responsibilities include directing crewmembers, maintaining cleanliness and facility readiness, supervising shift execution, and handling manager-approved functions such as discounts and promotions, while traveling to fulfill work-related training as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
