Job Summary
The Restaurant Zone Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture within one restaurant zone. Responsibilities include directing crewmembers during shifts, enforcing policies and standards, using required tools/logs to document results and take corrective action, delivering exemplary customer service, supporting the rewards/recognition program for crewmembers, authorizing manager-approved functions (e.g., discounts, promotions), ensuring restaurant cleanliness and operational readiness, and completing other duties as assigned. The role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with physical activity (walking, standing, lifting, bending) and both indoor/outdoor work in varied temperatures, handling food products and cleaning products with PPE, and may require travel for work-related functions and training. Requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience (or Raising Cane’s advanced crew), ability to work diverse shifts including days/evenings/weekends, and must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
