Job Summary
Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in one restaurant zone during a shift by enforcing policies, managing the assigned zone, and directing crewmembers. Provide exemplary customer service, authorize employee functions requiring manager approval, and support the execution of reward and recognition programs. Maintain cleanliness and ensure the facility is in good working order while using required tools, forms, and logs to document results and take corrective action. Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment involving extended physical exertion, varied temperatures, and interaction with customers and food products. Requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, and completion of all required company training programs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
