Job Summary
Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in one restaurant zone during a shift by enforcing policies, managing assigned zone activities, and directing crewmembers. Provide exemplary customer service, support reward and recognition programs, and authorize employee functions requiring manager approval. Maintain cleanliness and facility working order while using required tools, forms, and logs to document results and take corrective action. Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment involving extended physical exertion, customer interaction, and varied temperatures. Travel as needed for work-related functions and training. Requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, completion of all required company training programs, and ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
