Job Summary
Restaurant Zone Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operation and upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture across one restaurant zone. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, directing crewmembers during shifts, ensuring customer service excellence, supporting the reward/recognition program, authorizing manager-approval functions (e.g., discounts, promotions), and maintaining cleanliness and operational readiness. Role requires managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced kitchen environment, working varied shifts including weekends, and traveling for training. Must complete Raising Cane’s training programs and have 1+ years of restaurant/retail management experience; 18+ years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
