Job Summary
Restaurant Zone Manager at Raising Cane’s oversees day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone, enforces Raising Cane’s standards and culture, directs crewmembers during shifts, and ensures exemplary customer service while maintaining safety and cleanliness. The role requires 1+ years of restaurant/retail management, the ability to work a variety of shifts (including weekends) and travel for training, and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. The position entails managing zone performance, documenting results, recognizing and rewards programs for crewmembers, approving employee functions, and maintaining operations in line with company policies. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work days, evenings and weekends; travel as needed for training
