Job Summary
Restaurant Zone Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone, enforces Raising Cane’s standards and culture, directs crewmembers, delivers exemplary customer service, supports reward/recognition programs, approves employee functions (discounts/promotions), ensures cleanliness and proper facility operation, and completes other duties as assigned; requires detail-orientation, strong communication, ability to work independently or collaboratively, and availability for days/evenings/weekends with travel for work-related functions and training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
