Job Summary
Restaurant Zone Manager responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone, enforcing Raising Cane’s standards and culture, directing crewmembers, and ensuring customer service excellence. Responsibilities include managing shift execution, using logs/tools, maintaining facility conditions, enforcing policies, and supporting recognition programs. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and availability for diverse shifts, with potential travel for training. Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: 1+ years in restaurant/retail management or advanced crew experience. Location: College Station, TX. Remote: in-person only. Salary: $15.50/hour with weekly pay where applicable; benefits offered for full-time Restaurant Managers.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
