Job Summary

The Restaurant Zone Manager assists the Restaurant Leader in the day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone, upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, managing the zone during shifts, directing crewmembers, delivering exemplary customer service, supporting the recognition program, authorizing manager-approved functions (e.g., discounts, promotions), ensuring restaurant cleanliness and proper facility operation, and completing other duties as assigned. Requires detail orientation, strong written and verbal communication, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and flexibility across shifts; prior restaurant or retail management experience preferred; must be 18+ and able to travel for work-related functions and training. Education preferred: high school diploma or equivalent. Tools, logs, and forms are used to document results and drive corrective action.”,
