Job Summary
Restaurant Zone Manager responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in management responsibilities. Enforces company policies, directs crewmembers during shifts, and ensures customer service, cleanliness, safety, and proper function of the facility. Requires documenting results, taking corrective action, and coordinating with training programs. Requires 1+ years of restaurant/retail management or advanced crew experience, strong communication, and ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends; travel for training may be required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must be 18+; training completion is required. Location: Goleta, CA; in-person work.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs
