Job Summary
Restaurant Zone Manager responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone, enforcing Raising Cane’s standards and culture, directing crewmembers during shifts, ensuring customer service and safety standards, and completing assigned duties. The role requires managing operations according to established policies, using required tools and logs, and coordinating training and recognition programs. Must be detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or with a team across varied shifts, including travel for training. Education preference is a high school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of restaurant/retail management experience or advanced crew experience. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Able to recognize problems, set goals, execute and convert plans into action to solve problems
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
