Job Summary
The Restaurant Valet Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, assisting guests with luggage, and providing directions and information about amenities and attractions. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, basic math skills, and the ability to follow directions. Physical requirements include the capability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and write standard English language
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to effectively present information to guests and clients
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
