Job Summary
Alamo Drafthouse Westminster seeks a Restaurant & Theater Manager to assist the GM in running day-to-day operations across venues, including front-of-house coordination, events, inventory, vendor relations, and guest experience. Drives revenue and controls costs within the assigned area (bar, guest attendants, concierge, events, etc.), leads service from the floor, coaches staff, handles patron feedback, and ensures adherence to safety, facility, and equipment standards. Builds and develops a high-performing team, tracks performance, and aligns with the company’s core values while delivering an AWESOME guest and teammate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership and motivational skills
- Previous management experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, and/or Entertainment industry
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and G-Suite)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Experience monitoring and maintaining positive guest relations
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with coordinating front-of-house operations and events
- Experience with inventory and vendor relationships
- Ability to lead and develop hourly team leaders
- Commitment to company core values and safety protocols
