Job Summary
Restaurant Team Member responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, operating the POS system, preparing and serving food and beverages, assembling orders for dine-in or takeout, maintaining a clean dining/kitchen/service area, assisting with basic food prep, processing payments, and supporting upselling to enhance the customer experience in a fast-paced quick-service environment. Demonstrates teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to safety and sanitation procedures while delivering a welcoming guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift to 30 pounds
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Must be 18+ years old to work 1st and 2nd shift
- Minimum of 21 years old to work 3rd shift
