Job Summary
Restaurant Team Member needed to greet customers, take orders, operate the POS system, prepare and serve food and beverages, assemble dine-in or takeout orders, maintain clean dining/kitchen/service areas, assist with basic food prep, process payments accurately, and support upselling to enhance the guest experience. Role emphasizes teamwork, safety, sanitation, and adherence to company procedures while delivering a welcoming, fast-paced customer experience. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and to handle varied shifts is required. Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Friendly, dependable, and able to work in a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work in various temperature environments (hot kitchen areas, coolers, etc.)
- Experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required
Additional Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old to work 1st and 2nd shift
- Minimum of 21 years old to work 3rd shift
