Job Summary
Prepare a variety of food products (including chicken salad, pimento cheese, specialty sides, salads, soups), follow standard recipe cards, and complete prep and closing checklists with accuracy. Maintain a clean, sanitized prep area, report quality issues or equipment concerns, and support other kitchen areas as needed. In the Sandwich Maker and Front of House roles, follow CSC standards for quality, portioning, and presentation; set up Front of House by 10:00 AM; greet guests warmly; maintain safe, clean work areas; restock supplies; and collaborate with teammates to ensure timely, accurate orders. Requirements include ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, maintain grooming and CSC uniform, strong communication, dependable transportation, reliable attendance and punctuality, and ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds.
