Job Summary
Restaurant Team Member at Shake Shack responsible for preparing and assembling food orders to Shake Shack standards and recipes, mastering all stations with rotation, and following food safety and sanitation procedures. Deliver warm, genuine hospitality to guests and teammates while upholding Shake Shack values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement. Must be able to adapt to various roles in a fast-paced environment and be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
