Team members are responsible for delivering a 'WOW' guest experience by consistently providing quality food, excellent service, and maintaining a clean restaurant environment. Duties include operating workstations, providing guest service in dine-in and drive-thru settings, managing the cash register, and focusing on customer service, work ethic, and personal appearance. Prior experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable. Regular and prompt attendance is required.
