Job Summary
Manage all kitchen and front-of-house operations including cashier, server, cook, prep cook, dishwasher, and housekeeping duties. Adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency while maintaining a professional appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Cross-train across all areas of the kitchen and line to support the team. Develop positive working relationships with all employees and communicate clearly with guests and staff. This opportunity allows for growth into a restaurant manager position, with part-time or full-time schedules available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant employees and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Ability to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude, and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
- Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and line
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
