Job Summary
Conduct customer service, assist in food preparation, and maintain professional kitchen standards across all operational areas. Adapt to changing customer volume levels while cross-training in every kitchen and line station. Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and communicate clearly with guests and team members. Work part-time or full-time schedules as needed to support restaurant operations. Promoted from within to management roles for those who demonstrate leadership potential and strong teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant employees and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Ability to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude, and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
- Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and line
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
