Job Summary
Perform assigned workstation duties to ensure quality products and service are delivered to customers. Responsibilities include making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service. Team members are expected to work cooperatively, support each other, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Key competencies include customer focus, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork. Physical demands involve standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must have a valid driver's license if cross-trained as a delivery driver.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work long hours
- Have a reasonable degree of schedule flexibility
- If cross-trained as a delivery driver, must have a driver's license valid under the laws of the state(s)
- acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and satisfactory vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in certain markets
