Job Summary
Perform assigned workstation duties including preparing quality products, ingredients, taking orders, and delivering quality customer service by phone or in person; maintain a sense of urgency and contribute to an energetic, fun team environment; adhere to Papa John’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards; use the PROFIT System for cash handling and transactions; support sales through suggestive selling to increase average check; maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas in compliance with safety standards; ensure flexibility to cover shifts, including nights and weekends, as a part-time, non-exempt team member.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older to perform duties
- Must be able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- At time of hire, expect to work fewer than 30 hours per week in peak time, part-time, and occasional capacity
- If cross-trained as a delivery driver, must have valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, proof of insurance
- Bilingual in certain markets
