Restaurant Team Member (PT)

Perform assigned workstation duties to produce quality Papa John's products and provide courteous service. Responsibilities include making products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, delivering quality customer service in person or by phone, and maintaining a sense of urgency. Work as part of a team, arrive on time, support other stations, complete closing duties, and uphold uniform and appearance standards. Accurately process transactions using the PROFIT System, handle cash/credit payments, and support sales through suggestive selling. Protect company assets by maintaining clean, safe work areas in compliance with safety standards. Requirements include being 16+ years old, ability to work long hours including nights/weekends, part-time scheduling with potential cross-training as a delivery driver (driver's license and insurance may be required). Bilingual abilities may be beneficial in certain markets. This is a non-exempt, hourly position requiring physical stamina and flexibility.
